You might want to start ...You should give it a try! You might want to start with a Mozart opera. They were the first operas that I fell in love with - Magic Flute, Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni. They're very tuneful and have good stories. One of my favorite movies is Ingmar Bergman's version of The Magic Flute.
